DAY 1: MONDAY, DECEMBER 15
The 4 Pillars Framework + Integration Foundation
Live Session: 11:00 AM CST
What We'll Cover:
TEACHING (30-40 min):
- Introduction to the 4 Pillars (Body, Soul, Spirit, Prosperity)
- Why compartmentalization keeps you stuck
- How your nervous system controls ALL 4 Pillars simultaneously
- The set point theory (why you hit the same ceiling everywhere)
- Biblical foundation: 1 Thessalonians 5:23 + 3 John 2
- What "integration" actually means (not just working on everything at once)
SOMATIC EXERCISE (15 min):
- Body Scan for Capacity - Learning to feel WHERE your nervous system holds resistance
- Identifying your baseline (where are you tight, collapsed, or numb?)
- Grounding practice to anchor you for the 7 days
GROUP COACHING (20 min):
- Q&A: What are your biggest questions about integration?
- Setting intentions for the 7 days
- Troubleshooting: What if I can't do all 4 Pillars perfectly?
DAILY PRACTICE:
- Track all 4 Pillars today (even imperfectly)
- Journal: "What do I want + Who do I need to be?"
- Notice which Pillar feels easiest vs hardest
DAY 2: TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16
The Receiving Ceiling
Live Session: 11:00 AM CST
What We'll Cover:
TEACHING (30-40 min):
- What is the Receiving Ceiling?
- How it shows up in MONEY (can't receive payments without guilt)
- How it shows up in HEALTH (can't receive rest without feeling lazy)
- How it shows up in SOUL (can pray FOR others but can't receive FROM God)
- Root causes: "Receiving makes me selfish," "There's always a price," "I'm only valuable when giving"
- Where it lives in your body (throat + solar plexus)
SOMATIC EXERCISE (15 min):
- Throat Release - Releasing unexpressed desires, swallowed words
- Solar Plexus Opening - Expanding capacity to HOLD blessings
- Breath work for receiving (instead of deflecting)
BIBLICAL REFRAME (10 min):
- Jesus received (Luke 8:1-3, John 12:3)
- Ephesians 1:3 - "Blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing"
- "It is safe for me to receive"
GROUP COACHING (20 min):
- Q&A: How do I receive without feeling guilty?
- Real-life scenarios: When someone compliments you, offers help, tries to bless you
- Practice receiving in the chat (someone gives you a compliment, you say "thank you, I receive that")
DAILY PRACTICE:
- Practice receiving ONE thing today without deflecting
- Notice what happens in your throat/stomach when you try
- Journal: "What am I afraid will happen if I fully receive?"
DAY 3: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17
The Visibility Ceiling
Live Session: 11:00 AM CST
What We'll Cover:
TEACHING (30-40 min):
- What is the Visibility Ceiling?
- How it shows up in MONEY (hiding your pricing, ghosting on sales calls)
- How it shows up in HEALTH (hiding your body, avoiding photos, baggy clothes)
- How it shows up in SOUL (hiding your gifts, downplaying your calling)
- Root causes: "Being seen isn't safe," "Who am I to be visible?" "Big is bad"
- Matthew 5:14 - You are the LIGHT, a city on a hill CANNOT be hidden
SOMATIC EXERCISE (15 min):
- Expansion Practice - Taking up space in your body
- Standing tall, chest open, voice full
- Practicing being SEEN without collapsing
BIBLICAL REFRAME (10 min):
- Esther 4:14 - "For such a time as this"
- 1 Timothy 4:12 - "Don't let anyone look down on you"
- "It is safe for me to be seen"
GROUP COACHING (20 min):
- Q&A: What if visibility feels unsafe?
- Practicing: Turn your camera on, unmute, be SEEN in this space
- Homework assignment: Post ONE thing publicly today (even if it's small)
DAILY PRACTICE:
- Do ONE visible thing today (post on social, show your face, share your work)
- Notice the resistance in your chest/throat
- Journal: "What am I afraid will happen if people see the real me?"
DAY 4: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18
The Worthiness Ceiling
Live Session: 11:00 AM CST
What We'll Cover:
TEACHING (30-40 min):
- What is the Worthiness Ceiling?
- How it shows up in MONEY ("Who am I to charge that?" "I'm not expert enough")
- How it shows up in HEALTH ("I don't deserve to be this healthy/beautiful/strong")
- How it shows up in SOUL ("God's promises are for others, not me")
- Root causes: "People like me don't get that," "I haven't earned it," "I'm disqualified"
- The lie of worthiness vs the truth of identity
SOMATIC EXERCISE (15 min):
- Heart Center Opening - Releasing unworthiness from the chest
- Practicing: "I am worthy because God says I am, not because I earned it"
- Anchoring into your identity in Christ
BIBLICAL REFRAME (10 min):
- Ephesians 2:8-9 - "Not of works, lest anyone should boast"
- Romans 8:17 - "Heirs of God, co-heirs with Christ"
- Galatians 3:26 - "You are ALL children of God"
- "I am worthy because HE says so"
GROUP COACHING (20 min):
- Q&A: How do I believe I'm worthy when I don't FEEL worthy?
- Working through imposter syndrome
- Practicing: Declaring your worth OUT LOUD (in the chat or on camera)
DAILY PRACTICE:
- Declare: "I am worthy of ______" (fill in the blank - prosperity, health, rest, love)
- Every time unworthiness comes up, anchor back to your identity
- Journal: "What would I do if I fully believed I was worthy?"
DAY 5: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19
The Bigness Ceiling
Live Session: 11:00 AM CST
What We'll Cover:
TEACHING (30-40 min):
- What is the Bigness Ceiling?
- How it shows up in MONEY (plateau at same revenue, sabotage when it gets "too good")
- How it shows up in HEALTH (can't sustain transformation, yo-yo back)
- How it shows up in SOUL (get breakthrough then backslide)
- Root causes: "Don't get too big for your britches," "More is selfish," "I can't have it all"
- The lie: Bigness is ungodly. The truth: God is ABUNDANT (Ephesians 3:20)
SOMATIC EXERCISE (15 min):
- Full Body Expansion - Practicing holding MORE without contracting
- Expanding your container (not just adding more to a small container)
- Breath work: Inhale expansion, exhale release
BIBLICAL REFRAME (10 min):
- John 10:10 - "Life MORE abundantly"
- 2 Peter 1:3 - "ALL things that pertain to life and godliness"
- Ephesians 3:20 - "Exceedingly abundantly ABOVE all we ask or think"
- "It is safe for me to be BIG"
GROUP COACHING (20 min):
- Q&A: What if I DO get too big? What if success changes me?
- Working through the fear of "more"
- Permission to want it ALL (not just enough)
DAILY PRACTICE:
- Practice HOLDING more today (don't spend/give away what you receive, just HOLD it)
- Notice the urge to contract, shrink, or sabotage when things are going well
- Journal: "What scares me about having it ALL?"
DAY 6: SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20
The Sustainability Ceiling
Live Session: 6:00 PM CST ⬅️ EVENING SESSION
What We'll Cover:
TEACHING (30-40 min):
- What is the Sustainability Ceiling?
- How it shows up in MONEY (yo-yo income, feast or famine cycles)
- How it shows up in HEALTH (can't maintain momentum, burnout cycles)
- How it shows up in SOUL (powerful seasons followed by collapse)
- Root causes: "Good things don't last for me," "The other shoe always drops," "I can GET it but I can't KEEP it"
- The difference between sprinting and sustainable rhythms
SOMATIC EXERCISE (15 min):
- Grounding + Anchoring Practice - Rooting into sustainable capacity
- Building your foundation (not just reaching higher but anchoring deeper)
- Practicing consistency over intensity
BIBLICAL REFRAME (10 min):
- Psalm 1:3 - "Like a tree planted by rivers of water, brings forth fruit IN SEASON"
- Galatians 6:9 - "In due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart"
- Hebrews 10:35-36 - "Do not cast away your confidence... you have need of ENDURANCE"

GROUP COACHING (20 min):
- Q&A: How do I build sustainable rhythms instead of burnout cycles?
- Rest as part of sustainability (not weakness)
- Creating systems that support long-term capacity
DAILY PRACTICE:
- Identify ONE unsustainable pattern (overworking, over-giving, yo-yo habits)
- Practice a sustainable rhythm today (rest, boundaries, consistency)
- Journal: "What would my life look like if good things LASTED?"

- Review: The 4 Pillars + The 5 Ceilings
- Integration vs Compartmentalization (bringing it all together)
- Installing your NEW identity (the woman whose nervous system CAN hold abundance)
- What happens after the Challenge? (continuing the work, joining The Journey, Inner Circle)
- Celebration: What shifted in these 7 days?

- Full Integration Practice - Anchoring into your expanded capacity
- Declaring over your Body, Soul, Spirit, Prosperity
- Sealing the work (this isn't just information, it's INSTALLATION)
